Council Budget 2009/2010
To consider the Council Budget 2009/2010.

The Leader of the Council, Councillor Jean Pearson and the Council’s Strategic Director, Nick Gray will be in attendance to provide a short presentation.

Mind, Exercise, Nutrition - DO IT
To receive a presentation from Kate McBain, Regional Community Food & Health Manager, MEND Programme Manager, Sainsburys Supermarkets.

Update from Surrey Police
To receive an update from a representative on behalf of Surrey Police.

Portfolio Holder Update: Planning for growth and helping weather the recession – what can the Council do?
The Portfolio Holder for Strategic Planning will provide the Forum with a verbal update.

Public Question Time
To receive public questions at this meeting. Fifteen minutes will be set aside for this purpose.
